Matcha Latte Bubble Teaタピオカ抹茶ラテ


【Ingredients】(Makes 1)
3 Tbsp tapioca pearls(large)
20g brown sugar
1g agar-agar (kanten) powder
100ml water
1 tsp matcha
1 tsp sugar
200ml milk

【Directions】
1. Soak the tapioca pearls in a large bowl of water (not listed) for 2 hours.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 and cook until the tapioca pearls become translucent, then cool them in cold water.
3. In a pot, combine water, sugar, and agar-agar powder, bring to a boil and maintain for a minute and a half, stirring frequently.
4. Pour 3 into a pan, once slightly cooled put it into the fridge to chill and set, and then break into pieces with a fork.
5. In a bowl, combine matcha and sugar, then slowly stir in the milk.
6. Put the tapioca pearls and 4 into a glass, and pour in 5.

【材料】(1杯分)
タピオカ(大)…大さじ3
黒砂糖…20g
粉寒天…1g
水…100ml
抹茶…小さじ1
砂糖…小さじ1
牛乳…200ml

【作り方】
1.タピオカはたっぷりの水(分量外)に2時間つけておく。
2.鍋に湯を沸かして1を入れ、タピオカが透き通るまで煮て、冷水にさらす。
3.鍋に水と砂糖、粉寒天を入れて熱し、沸騰させながら1分30秒かき混ぜる。
4.3をバットに入れ、粗熱がとれたら冷蔵庫に入れて固め、粗く刻む。
5.ボウルに抹茶と砂糖を入れ、牛乳を少しずつ加えて混ぜる。
6.グラスにタピオカと4を入れ、5を注ぐ。
