Taiwanese fried noodle台湾焼きそば

<Taiwanese fried noodle>

1 package Chinese noodle for frying
Chinese flat chive
Shredded dried red chili
Salt & pepper
Cooking oil

A ( 80 g ground pork
Chopped dried red chili
1/2 tablespoons Nam Pla / Thai fish sauce
1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
Chicken broth granule )

1. Cut the Chinese flat chive 3 cm long.
2. Put A & the Chinese noodle in a heat resistant bowl, cover with a cling wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Add 1 and microwave again for 1 minute.
4. Add cooking oil, combine well and salt & pepper to taste.
5. Top with shredded dried red chili.


1. ニラを3センチくらいに切る
2. 耐熱容器にAと焼きそば麺を入れて、ラップをして600Wのレンジで3分
3. ニラを加えて1分
4. サラダ油を加えてよく混ぜ、塩こしょうで味を整える
5. 器に盛りつけてから線唐辛子をのせる
