<Meat Mountain Hot Pot>

1/4 Chinese cabbage
1 package bean sprouts
1 package Enoki mushrooms
300 g pork plate slices
1 Kujo-negi/Japanese thin, green leek
Chili oil with spices

A : 800 cc water
1 tablespoon chicken stock granule
1 tablespoon Japanese sake
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons grated garlic

1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into a bite size.
2. Cut off the bottom part of Enoki mushrooms.
3. Cut the Kujo-negi diagonally.
4. Stack 1, 2 & 3 in order in a pot.
5. Place the bean-sprouts at the center of 4 in a mountain-shape, then wrap the mountain with pork slices.
6. Combine A in a bowl, pour it over 5, then heat.
 *Sprinkle the chili oil with spices as desired


1. 白菜を一口大に切る
2. エノキの石突を取り除く
3. 九条ネギを斜め切りにする
4. 鍋に1を入れ、その上に2、3をのせていく
5. もやしを中央に山に盛り、下から豚肉を巻きつけていく
6. ボウルにAを入れ混ぜたのち5にかけてから火をつける
