Lemon Cakeレモンケーキ


【Ingredients】(Makes 1)
100g pancake mix
1 egg
40g sugar
30ml oil
50ml milk
lemon peel (1 lemon)
2 Tbsp lemon juice

【Directions】
1. Finely chop the lemon peel.
2. In a bowl, combine the egg and sugar using a hand mixer.
3. Once pale all over, slowly mix in the oil.
4. Add the pancake mix, milk, 1, and lemon juice, and mix.
5. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 170℃ for 35 minutes.

【材料】（1個分）
ホットケーキミックス…100g
卵…1個
砂糖…40g
オイル…30ml
牛乳…50ml
レモンの皮…1個分
レモン汁…大さじ2

【作り方】
1.レモンの皮はみじん切りにする。
2.ボウルに卵と砂糖を入れてハンドミキサーで混ぜる。
3.全体が白っぽくなったら少しずつオイルを加えて混ぜる。
4.ホットケーキミックス、牛乳、1とレモン汁を加えて混ぜる。
5.型に入れ、170℃のオーブンで35分焼く。
