Eel rice Bentoうなぎの炊き込みご飯弁当

<Eel rice Bento>

■Eel rice
2 cups rice
1 piece grilled & seasoned eel
1 bunch Mitsuba / Japanese fragrant herb
Shredded Nori seaweed sheet
Sansho / Japanese pepper

A ( 1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Mirin / sweetening made of Japanese sake
1+1/2 teaspoon Japanese sake
1+1/2 teaspoon sugar )  

1. Rinse off the sauce of the grilled eel and wipe it with paper towels.
2. Put rinsed rice in a rice cooker, add A and water up to 2 cups marking, and cook in a normal mode.
3. Cut the eel into a bite size.
4. When the rice is done, place the eel on top and let the rice steamed for 15 minutes.
5. Chop Mitsuba finely.
6. Take off the eel, combine the rice with 5 and bring the eel back.
* Fill the rice in a Bento box and sprinkle with shredded Nori seaweed sheet & Sansho powder.

1. 鰻を水で洗い調味料を落とし、ペーパータオルで拭う
2. 洗った米を炊飯器に入れAを加え、水を2合まで注ぎ普通に炊く
3. うなぎを適度な大きさに切る
4. 炊き上がったら上にうなぎをのせ、15分蒸らす
5. 三つ葉を刻む
6. うなぎを取り出し5を入れて混ぜ、再度うなぎをのせる
* お弁当にご飯を詰め、粉山椒、刻み海苔をかける
