■ Espuma
【Ingredients】
45 ml sake
30 ml gelatin dissolved in apple juice
15 ml orange liqueur
10 ml yogurt liqueur

【Directions】
Pour all ingredients into the espuma, then chill.

【Directions】
1. Pour the ice into the glass and pour sake, ginger ale. and lightly stir.
2. Add espuma.

日本酒…45ml
アップルジュース（ゼラチン入り）…30ml
オレンジリキュール…15ml
ヨーグルトリキュール…10ml

【作り方】
エスプーマにアップルジュース、オレンジリキュール、ヨーグルトリキュール、日本酒を入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やす。
■ ゴールデン・エスプーマ
【材料】
基酒（浦霞／宮城）…45ml
ジンジャエール…適量
エスプーマ…適量
【作り方】
1.グラスに氷を入れ、基酒、ジンジャーエールを入れて軽くステアする。
2.エスプーマを加える。
